I started training with Franklin a few weeks ago and I have gotten more out of it than I could have ever expected.
I have a decent knowledge of exercise coming from playing division 1 water polo in college and spending a career in the fire service in the United States. Of course, Franklin has made me physically stronger, I think that is the bare minimum one expects from a trainer. What I was NOT expecting was the mental strength he has given me.
On several occasions, he has stopped me from being my own worst enemy. When I have told him "this is my weak-side" or "shown doubt" in my abilities he has stopped me and coached me through these critical moments to become mentally much stronger.
They may seem little or small, but I have already taken his cues and put them into daily life with success. Things I thought I could not previously do, I now find I can indeed do them. Most were seeds of doubt sunk into my own mind.
